Flickering lights?!?!?!?!?!

Flickering lights?!?!?!?!?!

Postby Dutch Master » Wed Jan 04, 2006 7:25 am

LEt me start off by saying the wire connector that goes into the left headlight looks like the connection shorted out and maybe one of the wires is frayed. The light goes off and on sometimes, more so it stays off.

Now heres the question.

When Im idling or come to a stop, all the lights in the car seem to dim and or flicker. The dashboard lights flicker too. Is the bad connection to the light the reason for this to happen? Or is it a battery or Alt problem?

Any help appreciated!

I had a similar problem. A new battery fixed everything.
