quick question abut a light that comes on once in a while..

What does the little yellow light underneath the temp gauge (bottom left of the speedometer) mean? It looks like it indicates something in the back of the vehicle. It comes on only once in a while. I'd check my manual but I didn't get one when I bought the car, and google wasn't very helpful.

Something's wrong with your rear lights (taillights, third brake light).

Ya probably just have to replace the bulb. I had that recently and remember it coming on and off like you describe.

Had that light come on too. Was the right brake light out.

i thought something was wrong with my car when that light came on for me,
it would come on sometimes at random and stay on until i turned the car off and turned it back on (all my lights worked fine),
about 2 weeks later it came on and one of my brake lights was out,
weird... the car knew the bulb was going to go out.
if your bulb isn't out yet, you could worry about it and keep checking it, or just go ahead and replace.
