Lower suspension bolts

Lower suspension bolts

I want to replace the bolts that secure the strut to the knuckle with longer ones. I'm having trouble figuring whether a 10.9 grade bolt would be suitable for this application. The stock bolts are graded 11T, which is apparently the highest grade in toyota's class rating.

Similarly, if anyone knows of another toyota with the same sized bolts (i.e. thread pitch and diameter) that are longer than the ones used on the gen1-1.5 solaras, that would be the best solution yet.

^The ksport c/o's have no fixed brakeline or abs wire mounts. The kit comes with brackets that can be bolted to the lower suspension bolts, but due to the thickness of the ksport lower mounts, my bolts are already maxed out in length. I want to make some custom brackets for the hanging lines, or even use the ksport brackets, but I don't want to short-thread those bolts.

Many people have just zip-tied the lines, which I've currently done, but I hate having a half-assed setup.

^The brackets on most struts, including the tokicos, are just tabs welded to the strut assembly. I'm not sure why ksport opted to do things differently, but they fixed it on their new line of c/o's.
