Questions about seat belts and headrests?

Do the seatbelts (2000) have a mechanical ratchet mechanism, that latch from inertia, or are they an elctro-mechanical device, that electrically causes them to latch during an emergency?

I have put these Solara seats in another vehicle, and am wondering if I can use the Solara belts, or have to find another brand that just have the mechanical inertia ratchet mechanism.

Are the headrests in a Solara tiltable? My 2000 model seats have long slots where the headrests mount on their posts, as though they pivot. The drivers side is tilted forward quite a bit> Needless to say, I don't know how to adjust them, and would like to adjust them.

I believe the belts are mechanical.

The headrests adjust by pushing or pulling.

for the head rests all you have to do is use a little force and they will tilt back and forth for the seat belts they are mechanical accept for there is an electrically triggered charge that locks the the seat belt when the air bags are triggered

I'm pretty sure the seat belts are electrical, because sometimes when I press the brake, my seat belt locks up, and i cant pull it back out until my foot is off the pedal. It has even done this when I'm not moving at all.
