Would the body shop disable my FM radio Antenna?

Would the body shop disable my FM radio Antenna?

For quite a while my radio has not been working. I just assumed the receiver was so old that it had fried out inside, but after looking into the problem I noticed that my rear passenger side panneling was left open.

The car was in a small accident last year and they fixed the trunk. Would they have unhooked these? I plugged them back in but my radio still does not work, any ideas what might be the problem? There was also electric tape on the connector. Did they do that or does it come like that from the factory? Which one is the Antenna plug, left or right?

The body shop is responsible for making sure all electrical connections are properly in place. (An open panel suggests they didn't double check everything before releasing the car to you.) I'd recommend to take the car back and have them figure out the problem.
