Idle issue

My Car seems to idle oddly. I will just rev up and down. Seems to be around 1000-2000. Also my intake semes to whistle at the same time. I'm curious if the problem is related. I know higher rpm's will make the intake make more noise, but it's a really odd whistle not a normal intake sound. Has anyone had this issue and/or know what I should do?

Sounds like a possible vaccuum leak. I'd check your hoses and connections.
