Low Idle.....

Low Idle.....

Postby SleeperSolara » Wed Aug 27, 2008 6:52 pm

My car has been idlin' at 600 RPM's, i think my car is suppose to idle at 800 RPM's.
My dad's Camry idles at 800 RPM's also.
I'm thinkin' it could either be the fuel filter, or the fuel pump??
What do you guys think it could be??
Let me know.
Thanks.

I'd go with the fuel filter (that was my problem). When was it last changed (if ever)?

personally, i think that's alright. I think mine idle's around there, but if you're really concerned about it, you can always adjust the linkage to the throttle body
