2000 SLE Stereo Upgrade/Aux Input?

Postby abecks » Fri Aug 15, 2008 1:31 pm

Hey guys,

I have a 2000 Solara SLE V6, it has the 16815 Toyota head unit for the JBL sound system. I'm wondering if there is an auxiliary input anywhere that I can hook an iPod into. Or, is there a different head unit I can buy that will work the amp and has an aux input?

Thanks,
Andrew

does the radio have an aux button? you may be able to use a ISAS71 interface from peripheral electronics.

:o IPod2Car :o

I got one it is awesome!!

controls your I pod through factory controls. get one at Best Buy for about $100, it is well worth it.

It plugs into the factory CD changer port on the back of the jbl radio. then all you do is hit the CD button twice and you have full digital music. (forget about analog aux jacks)
