Flasher Location?

I am planning on installing LED turn signals in my gen 1 and was wondering if anyone knew where the flasher is located so i can replace it with one that makes them flash slower.

I have ordered 4 LED bulbs for my lara. For them to work properly you have to install load resistors which i have also ordered. If you do not install resistors then the signals will blink very rapidly because the car thinks that it has blown bulbs. I will post pictures once i am done with the installation.
