headlight tinting

I want to slightly tint out my 03 solara stock headlight and headlight corners. Im not sure which % tint to use. Im guessing 50% I want the light to have like a very vague smoked covering over the head lamp.

Does any company sell pre-cut headlight smoke tint. Can u guys post pics of your modified darkened headlights.

I did it a while back myself but i wouldnt recommend doing it as light output is greatly reduced at night, but nonetheless looks pretty cool

of course this is about 35% so 50% would not be as dark

I had it before.. blue.

never again.
I'd just go with black headlights but who knows man be a pioneer! I may have been the first? lol.

post pics if you do it man!
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

where can I buy that tint? Also, did you install the tint right onto the headlights without removing the headlights off the car? or did you remove the head lights and fogs from the car then install the tint

i just did it straight onto the headlights and fog lights...a little tricky you have to be patient and work with it but its definitely do able. I bought it at a shop that sells vinyls and graphics.
