I was trying to figure it out, and i couldnt. Got as far as removing the trim around the shifter. Are there any bolts left after that?

If you have a gen 2 but must apply to gen 1 as well.
For the top just pull with your hands...it will follow.

For the center console just start by the middle of the car. Open the lid where your elbow sits when you drive and pop it out slowly until the front end.
