question about oem corners...

I'm lookin to replace my driver side oem corner since the tab is cracked and methods of using glue and everything else has failed to do it's job.
my question is:
buying a replacement off a site for example like this:

do they come sealed up? so no condensation will get in??
if not, does anyone know any where else to buy them other than a dealership??
( i checked local junkyards, there are none)
