Mileage: 119,000

I had a check engine light come on for a little bit then go off. Its been off for about a month or so then it came on today. Pulled code PO420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) I know it could be:

O2 sensor replacement?
or
Catalyst replacement?

Any other experience with fixing this problem or any other info would be appreciated!
