When restarting a warm engine, it stalls right away

For the past few months, I've been having issues re-starting the car after it has been driven and engine is still warm/hot. What happens is the starter will click, and the engine turns over, but then just stalls right away. The only way to get the engine going is by applying some gas while starting the ignition.

The weird part is, on a cold start, the starts perfectly. Any ideas on what this might be? :drinking:
