can anyone tell me any reason i shouldnt buy this? does it look cheap if done ciorrectly

aka how close does it resemble a factory wood grain dash kit?

Its factory matched color. Looks like a good kit. I wouldn't put all of the pieces from the kit on, but a lot of them. Go for it.
